Close Hands Pushup

Description and Tutorial

The close pushup consists of focusing more on the triceps. The close pushups requires you to place your hands near each other. While the tips of you index fingers are touching, gently lower the body until you barely touch the back of your hands. Then slowly move up until you are back in the start position. The close pushup changes the position by having your body focus on two focal points instead of three points. The lingaments in the elbows will soon strengthen and help you gain the back arm strength that we all desire. Master the close hand pushup in order to get close to the one arm pushup.
